SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services on the community.

SASSA will be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency said it can be alarmed concerning the high range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] SRD is to reach-out to some superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack read more of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The company level produced for intervention experiences a superior inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it hard read more for that Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to allow the servicing of all shoppers and increase entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
